This painting was made one Monday in March, it is completely location based.  It was made in Corton-on-Sea near to where some office workers drive to and eat sandwiches in their lunch hour.  Look carefully at the surface of the painting and you will find 60 grains of sand.  The technique adopted here is loose and free, the playful marks wrestle with the thick impasto paint.

The scale is 70x70cm, possibly the size of an office window, large enough to have impact and function and serve as an escapism, somewhere to escape from dot com’s.
