TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All orders placed are subject to current availability and subject to clearance of   cheques.

2. Delivery is free for mainland UK.  For the rest of the UK and the world delivery rates will vary dependent on the size and value of the work and will be confirmed prior to any commitment to buy.

3. Terms and conditions of sale and all other matters concerning the garrypereira.co.uk website are subject to the law of England where jurisdiction shall fall.

4. In the event of loss or damage to works in transit to the customer, and upon satisfactory vouching of that fact, the contract of sale shall terminate and Garry Pereira shall refund the price paid and any carriage paid by the customer forthwith.

5. The customer may return works and seek a full refund of the purchase price paid [ but not carriage paid ] provided the return is instructed within 10 days of the customer taking delivery of the work. Return carriage and carriage arrangements to Garry Pereira in such cases is the responsibility of the customer.

6. The customer accepts responsibility for any taxation or charges levied in respect of importation of works they have ordered.

7. Copyright of all images on the garrypereira.co.uk website vests in the artist and in no case may any party reproduce such images without written permission.

8. Cheques must be made out to Garry Raymond-Pereira and be in British pounds sterling.
